Adoption Process

All Pet Deposits are Non-Refundable and go towards the rescue as a donation.

Applicant must be 21 or older. Applicant must have approval from all adults living with them to adopt Pet.

Applicant will fill out an application on the website for the animal they want.

Adoption Coordinators will look over the application and reach out for any clarifications from the Applicant.

Adoption Coordinators will call Vet on application as a reference.

Adoption Coordinators will call the person listed on the application to make sure consent is verified that they will take responsibility for the Pet or contact us to reclaim the Pet if for any reason the animal gets placed in their care.

Applicant will either send via email videos / pictures for their virtual home tour / check or schedule an in-person tour for Adoption Coordinator. 

Coordinator will approve or deny application throughout the steps, if denied, the Applicant will not be allowed to adopt that Pet.

Application has been approved, Coordinators and Applicant will schedule a pick up / drop off of Pet and sign paperwork.
